Olive Tapenade


I stumbled across this website the other day while on a baby food prowl and it's awesome. Weelicious, it's called. She made an Olive Tapenade for babies AND grownups that I just had to try. You see, I ate olives by the can-ful as a child. This was delicious, salty, bright. Pitted Kalamata olives, Romano cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano (called for basil but I didn't have any... oh yes... the plant is dead).

I am in love with this purple...
