Pomegranate Granita

Take 2 cups of 100% pomegranate juice and whisk it with the juice of half a lime and 1/4 cup agave nectar (or sugar). Place it in a baking dish and freeze, scraping with a fork every so often, until you've reached desired flaky, frozen, granita consistency. Serve in little bowls with little spoons and top with fresh pomegranate seeds. Tart, sweet, cold, crunchy, refreshing. Would be even better with alcohol, hmm...
