I came across this chocolate chip cookie recipe yesterday and was *flabbergasted. Bread flour?! Melted butter?! WHAT? How very unusual for a cookie. How very intriguing. I had to try it. "Chewy" is not a misleading title for these cookies. Do you see the crinkly, crusty outer layer, almost like a brownie? Inside they are like fudge. Recipe here. Have a happy weekend!
*The word "flabbergast" makes me think of "flubber" "gut" and now I feel fat.
