Another inspiring food blog... Signing The Dish. Ashleigh comes up with the most innovative creations. I SIRIOUSLY want to try everything she makes. Roasting garlic and putting it into burgers?! Yes.
But because I'm in my Siriously Nutritious phase (which really just means I have to wear a bathing suit soon), I used ground turkey. Threw a whole head of roasted garlic in there, 1/3 cup of non-fat greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of panko, salt and pepper... burger done.
Served it with Green Cauliflower and Grilled Corn.
