Until you invite me, I will continue to make every recipe you've ever created. Last night, after a friend suggested it, I made your Red Lettuce with Balsamic Onions (recipe here). It was superb! Roasting red onions in balsamic brings out their wonderful sweet flavor and rids them of any sharpness. Paired with crisp red lettuce and a tangy mustard & shallot vinaigrette... brilliant.
