Anyone else feel like comfort eating today? Make this for dinner and don't look back. It's simple, hearty and delicious. Plus, it's full of kale, so it's practically like eating a green smoothie. One bummer when I made it last night: I forgot to reserve some pasta water that would have aided in making the sauce all thick and creamy. In fact, I almost threw myself down the garbage disposal to retrieve the starchy water. But then I didn't do that, and I moved on with my life. It was still superb, and I highly recommend it. hi- i just bought a bag of tater tots for the breakfast tatertot recipe you shared last week on tv. I'm going to scramble the eggs because my boys run from runny anything!
