Have you ever heard of gourmet bread crumbs? I had not, until the nice people of Panache Pantry sent me some samples. Panache, a company founded by two at-home moms, have taken bread crumbs to a whole new level, whether it be their classic Sicilian line or their more modern products like Banana Nut Curry or Pumpkin Cajun (which I plan on sprinkling over ice cream as soon as I go buy ice cream). It's such a brilliant, simple idea, and saves you the time of adding fresh herbs and spices to your boring old bread crumbs. So far, I've sprinkled the Zucchini Rosemary crumbs over pasta...
...and the Vintage Sicilian with chicken. Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts, coat with mayo on both sides, sprinkle with bread crumbs on both sides, season with salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Trust me, if you don't like mayo, you will still love this. It just makes for SUPER moist chicken. And the Sicilian bread crumbs add such a depth of flavor. Easiest dinner ever!

I'm thinking they would be yummy on top of roasted brussel sprouts
Sounds like a good topper for my favorite chicken and noodle casserole!
Always looking for a new chicken dish. I like your idea of sprinkling on pasta.
Yum! Those breadcrumbs look amazing! I would use them for either coating pork chops or in my homemade Italian meatballs, to start!
I'm always looking for something to put on chicken. These sounds delicious!

Love the easy chicken and mayo recipe, but I would definitely be using these breadcrumbs on top of some homemade mac n cheese.
I'm thinking with chicken or on pasta!

Looks great! I would love to try that chicken recipe you shared, or over pasta.
I would bread chicken with them!
I think I would take the marvelous sounding Vintage Sicilian crumbs and put them atop a potato/zucchini/eggplant casserole.
I Like Panache (and you too!) on Facebook where I am Margot Core.

I'm not sure that I can do the mayo chicken. No offense. It's just a mayo thing. But everyone has great ideas so I will piggyback those and say Brussels sprouts, chicken and Mac n cheese. Or all of the above. They do sound yummy!
I'll sprinkle some on the pumpkin I need to bake... Veggies, and the chicken sounds yummy, ooh how about some on top of baked scallops ala charthouse...
hmmm... spice up some plain ol' chicken perhaps?
On homemade Mac and cheese;) mmm....
I am digging your idea of cajun pumpkin on ice cream, specifically vanilla bean! OR the zucchini rosemary on pork chops! <3 <3 YUMMM! :-)
I have made that chicken and mayo dish before but would love to try it as well with these breadcrumbs. Thanks!
What wouldn't I put them on? Chicken casserole, baked mac and cheese, pasta... YUM!
Just "liked" Panache Pantry on FB!
Let me count the ways I would use the breadcrumbs.....meatloaf, chicken fingers, loved the idea of on a sweet potato (saw that on their FB page)....YUMMY!
These crumbs look amazing! I cannot tell you how I long for fresh new ingredients! First, I would make fried broccoli and cauliflower just like my Italian Grammy used to. We all miss her so much and I think these crumbs would bring a new beginning to a family favorite. Then I'd make anything and everything topped with these beauties! Thank you for introducing us to Panache Pantry!

These look soooooo good! I would definitely try a Squash Casserole with the Pumpkin cajun crumbs...mmmmmmmmm sounds good to me!
I would definitely use the the pumpkin cajun over roasted acorn squash and a butternut squash bake!
I love love this site! Fun fact I am a young Rabbis wife in Charlotte NC but from LA.
I think these would add great flavor to my favorite meatloaf recipe.
I just made some Italian meatballs that called for seasoned breadcrumbs. The Vintage Sicilian would be very good in that recipe, I would think.
I also like them on Facebook as Carolsue Anderson

I would put them on chicken and pasta.
These look yummy for lots of Italian dishes! Would love to try!
I would love to add the Sicilian breadcrumbs to a chicken dish I make with artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes and a little mozz at the end. It sounds like it would sass up some shrimp or fish too!
I love topping my salmon with some breadcrumbs and these sound great!
yum. either chicken, or baked mac & cheese!! orrrrr, both :)
Was a winner picked???
I like the snowy christmas tree - they would be perfect in my christmas tree collection I started a few years ago. All the trees have to be 12 inches or less, and they can't be more that $20 each. Oh they are so cute lined up every year on the way down my stairs!!
