Remember the lemon curd?
Well I made enough batter to bake 3 white cakes...
I layered the lemon curd between each cake, and let it ooze over the sides...
I frosted it with a light, almost marshmallow-like frosting and sprinkled it with yellow sugar...
And ate it...

Siri, this cake was one of the BEST cakes I have ever eaten. The proof was in my tears as we had to leave the rest of it in PS. YUM.
I am on my way back to palm springs to eat this out of the dumpster.
