I like to make everyone happy. I wore a little green, gold and black yesterday. I bought balloons and baked cookies for both teams. And when the Packers won, I went home with a Steelers fan.
But let's focus on the cookies. If you've never had a Black & White cookie before, you should make these. A New York specialty made famous by Seinfeld, they are cake-like with a hint of lemon and topped with the perfect balance of traditional and chocolate icing. I chose this recipe and added food coloring to the white icing to make green and gold. Go Pack!

OMG, let me praise these cookies from first hand experience. Now I have the secret and can make them myself! First I need to get through this cake that is AMAZING! Hope you had a great birthday:)
