1. Malt-Beer-Brined Turkey with Malt Glaze


2. Salt-Roasted Turkey with Lemon and Oregano


3. Sage Butter-Roasted Turkey

Feeling wishy washy here (and I even get to EAT it :) I'm a HUGE fan of sage butter...but numero uno looks pretty amazing. You can always make a sage butter sauce on a side dish!

ohhh malt beer brined sounds good. I am making a szechuan turkey thats amazing it also cooks with beer.....yum can't wait to hear how they turn out whichever one that wins !!!
