Carson brought cheese curds home from work today (thank you @ProducerAngie!) and it took me less than one hour to deep fry them.
Let me back up. Cheese curds. I LOVE THEM. Squeaky, rubbery, salty curds of cheese (click HERE if you must know more).
Because I am offering a Batter Blaster Giveaway, I thought I'd incorporate the product into my Fried Cheese Curds. The stuff worked brilliantly! All I did was coat it in batter...
...dip it in panko...
...and fry it!
