Another blog that has nothing to do with food, but one too important not to post... the following is paraphrased from a friend's email...

A great band, The Airborne Toxic Event, wrote this beautiful song based on the events surrounding the death of Neda Agha-Soltan, the Iranian student who has become such a honored symbol for Human Rights. The year anniversary of her death is approaching and by spreading this video around we can raise as much awareness as possible and hopefully create much needed change!
