Sometimes, a single ingredient can inspire a whole meal, and I know I've started other blogs with that exact sentence. This time, it was green olives. So I googled "green olives and chicken" and found this, Moroccan Chicken with Green Olives and Lemon.
It was delicious. Bright and full of spice. I might omit one tablespoon of lemon juice at the end, but other than that, it was a keeper. For the recipe, go to HERE. And here are some images I took with my new camera. Still learning, but I like-a my Leica.
