i would be willing to try the peking duck recipe if it meant jamie oliver showing up and my house and seducing it like he is in that photo above.

Ooooooo.... I won't talk you out of it Because I want to see someone succeed.
Mine was an absolute disaster. Maybe it's because I wasn't taking pictures or planning to blog about it. It conspired against me. It wasn't cooked through even after twice the cooking time - and then, when I was going to sear the breast on the stovetop, my fire alarm went off and I spilled hot oil on my hand and gave myself a dime-sized second degree burn.
But you should totally do it. Take pictures and blog about it for sure, though, just to be safe.
