I won't lie to your face, though, they weren't exactly fun to make. The dough was crumbly and hard to work with...
...but I was a tiny bit short on butter so that might have been why.

Crabby morning Siri aside, the cookies are DELICIOUS.
Perfect texture, full of nutty flavor, drizzled in chocolate, and because they're so thin you sort of feel like you can eat 12. Eat 12!

so, we're not a fan of the foil/parchment wrap. Thanks...I won't buy it :) Cookies look delicious BUT sorry to hear they're putsy (is that a word?)
