Roasted Cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts

Here's how to get your kids to eat vegetables.  Cut them up really tiny, toss them in olive oil, sprinkle generously with salt and a little pepper, and roast them until they're caramelized and crispy.  There are probably a few nutrients left still.  I think.

I do 400 degrees for about 30 minutes : )
