Well, boy do I have the solution for you. On Sunday night, cook up some Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, out of the casing...
...add some diced red peppers, and whatever other vegetable you might enjoy...
...add egg whites, out of the carton to save time, and some grated cheddar cheese...
...place in lots of little tupperware and you have breakfast on the go for a week! The End.

Siri, did you freeze these or just put them in the fridge for the week?
I only made 4 days worth so I'm keeping them in the fridge. I'm sure you could freeze it though!
Such a great idea! I always think eggs are too time consuming in the morning. But this is perfect!
