Salmon with Sweet Chili Glaze

Hey there, me here. Alive and well, busy bee, barely cooking, sad face. Made a meal last night for the first time in almost a week and look what happened...


Blast!! Actually, the foil is burnt but the salmon wasn't, and it tasted super. Used THIS recipe, minus the pea tendrils. Pea tendrils?? Anyone?? Stay tuned for Homemade Sweet Pickles, Matzo Ball Soup, Parmesan Baked Spinach and much, much more...

p.s. THIS was my 500th post. I think I should drink to that!

We grilled salmon last night and it was meh. Nothing special and I splurged for the super nice salmon. Next time we'll try this recipe.

This has happened to me before too...I was thinking afterwards that next time I would coat the salmon with the glaze first and then put it on the baking sheet. Hopefully not having all that excess on there that burns. Merely to avoid the inevitable smoke alarm fiasco...any other ideas?

apparently Trader Joe's will carry Pea Tendrils (why did I capitalize that?) every blue moon. Now if it was once in every supermoon you would have been set.
