I love gingersnaps. Earlier today, I tried out this recipe. So far so good, but I think it will be even gooder (just go with it) if I put butter pecan ice cream in between two cookies. Don't you?

Your Ginger snaps look great. I'm curious if you'd try this recipe http://www.cookingchanneltv.com/recipes/chocolate-stout-cakes-recipe/index.html. I'm not really fond of baking but I would try if someone could vouch for it. I understand you like dark beer?... And baked goods?...
