I'm baking bread. A no-knead method that a friend of mine swears by, via My Bread (Jim Lahey). You bake the bread in a pot! A pot! This is exciting to me! As you can see!
Dough. Now it needs 18 hours to rise.

18 hours? Well, I guess that's not much effort on the part of the baker, just a lot of patience. I would do it, though, if it means no kneading. I hate that part.
I saw something like this on another blog about a year ago and I ran out, bought a special pot, and never made the bread. Can't wait to see how yours turns out.
