When I was a kid, I used to put chocolate chips in the microwave, pour the melted chocolate into ice cube trays, freeze it, and call the hardened cube a candy bar. It was really just an excuse to eat 47 chocolate chips in one sitting. As an adult, nothing has changed... I still love to make candy! Carson's dad LOVES toffee, and because we're going to spend Father's Day with him (and the US Open) I decided to whip up a batch. (It's still just an excuse for me to eat chocolate...) Recipe HERE.

YUM! This looks so good! I use to melt chocolate chips to pour over my ice cream when I was a kid cause my mom would never buy that magic shell stuff that I so always wanted!! LOL
