It's my party and I'll eat what I want to.

I am in the process of making bagels, people. The dough is rising and in a few short hours I will be enjoying one. Did I mention it's my birthday? I might be enjoying two. With a side of Bloody Mary.

Anyway, more on that later. Tonight I am cooking my favorite meal for my family... Braised Short Ribs and Pasta, more on THAT later too.

But right now, all I can think about is this:


Katsuya in Brentwood. Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna. Geisha red lips on the walls. Lychee Martini. My favorite person. Yay.
