and this recipe, I won. I didn't even have to suck any poor tiger's blood. All I had to do was quarter artichokes, put them in a pot with lemon, garlic, chicken stock (which I chose to use instead of water) and a few other ingredients and I had quick, braised artichokes.
Which I dipped in a whole lotta mayo.
YES! YUM! I must try.
