There are times when I like to go all ghetto retro on you guyzes. "Ghetto Retro" - pretty sure I just coined that phrase, and you're welcome. Last night, I found a recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan. Slow cooker = retro. Cooking chicken parmesan in a slow cooker = ghetto. Do you see?
Also. It was wonderful. Super easy. I used string cheese because I didn't have mozzarella. GHETTOOOOOOOOO.
