Peas & Couscous with Crispy Shallots


I told you I can't stop eating crispy shallots. I made another batch last night. They are like crispy crackballs of joy. Carson said they make the house smell like Carls Jr., which, come to think of it, is probably a bad thing? Whatever. I love them with all of my heart and soul.


Found something new to top them on last night. I took couscous, prepared it just like the box told me to, added frozen peas, let them warm up by stirring them into the couscous, and topped them with crispy shallots.



Perfect side.
