I'm excited to learn all about these chefs to the point of obsession.

Just for fun, I included links above for the 2 restaurants I've actually dined at. Pathetic. But SPEAKING of restaurants and SPEAKING of obsessions, I was just told by a friend that Rick Bayless of TCM Season 1 is opening a restaurant in LA in April! Oh April, hurry hurry hurry hurry hurry...
