I'm just gonna go ahead and assume none of you know who Wubbzy is... so here is a very informative link. If you are familiar with Wubbzy, you're probably in the same boat as me and still have know idea who/what he (she?) is. But it doesn't matter, because this isn't about blobby yellow cartoons, this is about a little girl who turned 2 on Easter Sunday and wanted a Wubbzy cake. So I made one.
I baked two cakes (store-bought, white cake, don't yell at me), used one for the body and the other for the appendages...
Taking shape... I used frosting to get the skinny arms and tail to stick to the body...
Vanilla frosting, dyed pale yellow...
Black gel for face...
Happy Rin Rin...
Know it like the back of my hand. Once again, totally impressed. Wubbzy looks amazing! I might have to pay you to make me one of these. Siriously.
