Chicken Paillard


So, I don't have more than one picture of this meal, because I was all, nah, I'm not going to blog about this. And then by the time I was done cooking I was all, don't be mental, Siri, you have to blog about this. So I took a quick picture and then I licked my plate. It's Tyler Florence's Chicken Paillard. With a Creamy Parmesan Salad on top. Delish. But I skipped the raw eggs in the dressing because, you know, I want to live.
