Therefore, I'm relying on some Old Faithfuls for dinner this week. Like Slow Cooker Roast Chicken tonight. And Easy Peasy side dishes, like the Green Bean Artichoke Tomato Thing I made last night (above photo). Put those ingredients in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or so. Green Bean Artichoke Tomato Thing, done.
