An easy peasy side, if you can find polenta in
log form, that is. And if you're a fan of saying things like "easy peasy" (sorry about that). Slice it, top it with anything really, and bake!
In other news, I'm going to make a savory
souffle tonight. I have pretty much convinced myself that I'm going to destroy it, so much so that I have a Plan B Dinner in the wings. Have you ever made a souffle? Suggestions?
