People often ask me if I have a go-to banana bread recipe. I do. However, it's not my own, and one day I would like to come up with an award-winning recipe myself that someone will pay me a million dollars for. But until then, I shall continue to use Paula Deen's Banana Muffin recipe
here. I add chocolate chips (surprise, surprise), pour it in a greased bread pan (instead of muffin tins) and I bake it for about an hour. It's outstanding.
I made this exact recipe yesterday! Funny...but I also took some advice from Katy's blog and put a little bit of peanut butter on the top of each muffin. I'm enjoying one for breakfast right now!
