Are you even aware of your relatives, Purple and Orange Cauliflower? I was not, until tonight, when I met Orange Cauliflower. Orange Cauliflower, what a discovery you are! So flavorful, so robust!! (Remind me to look up the word "robust" later.) You roast so beautifully, especially with olive oil, pine nuts and feta cheese.
I used to love you so dearly, White Cauliflower. But I did not know that you were, in fact, Plain Jane, and your flashy cousin was Sassy Cassie (I swear to God I don't normally name my food).
I hope you don't think I'm racist. I might be.
